PRISM CrossFit is excited to announce our “Couch to CrossFit” 6 week program offered at the beginning of 2015. This program is designed for newcomers to PRISM CrossFit receive the attention and base development early in their fitness journey, which will set you up for success later on down the road.
Details: $100 for 6 weeks ($125 savings) of unlimited CrossFit classes and open gym (there is always a coach onsite during our extensive open gym times). At the start of week 1 you will take a “baseline” workout test that will then be retested at week 6 to see how much you have improved. During those 6 weeks CrossFit Level 2 coach Ryan will go over the foundational movements found in CrossFit as well as other strategies to maximize your fitness. (ex. Nutrition, mobility, body awareness) This program is meant for any level athlete and is not limited to people new to CrossFit.
CrossFit is a program based on quantifiable information, for instance if you complete a workout of 25 air squats, 25 box jumps, and 25 pushups in 3 minutes 24 seconds at week 1 then repeat the workout at week 6 completing it in 1 minute 50 seconds, based on those numbers you have become fitter!
