Squats! Squats! Squats, squats, squats! EVERYBODY!

SWoD 1: Backsquats

MR10 (maximum 10 reps) @ 80% 1RM

Reduce weight by 10#, then

If you hit 10 reps on MR10: 10×3 w/ 60 seconds rest between sets (you know you wanna!)

If you hit 8-9 reps on MR10: 8×3 w/ 60 seconds rest between sets

If you hit 7 reps on MR10: 5×3 w/ 60 seconds rest between sets

SWoD 2: Deadlifts

Deadlift: 5-5-5-5-5

Dual overhand deadlift: 5-5-5
