PRISM CrossFit Workout of the Day

Thank you to everyone who helped and came out for the Naturally Fit Games 2015 this year! We had a great time with Coach Trevor competing at the Wodapalooza CrossFit event and the rest of the gang helping, competing, cheering, and succeeding at the Hill Country Strongman Classic!!! Many many thanks for helping make such a wonderful event!!!
