Skill:
Split Jerk – work on speed & foot placement

SWoD:
12 minutes to work up to 1RM complex – 1 clean & 2 split jerks

WoD:
30-20-10
Wallballs (20# @ 10′ / 14# @ 9′)
Burpees (to a ~6″ target – use pullup bars or a spot on the wall)
KBS (70#/53#)
