5-5-5-5-5 (every even #’d squat is a 3-second pause squat)

WoD: EMOM 16 minutes

ODD rounds (1, 3, 5, 7…) 4 burpee box jumps (24″/20″)

EVEN rounds (2, 4, 6, 8…) 4 full cleans (60% 1RM)
