SWoD: 18″ deadlift


WoD: Death by Green Slams and Ham

0:00 = 2 slam balls and 2 sledgehammer strikes
1:00 = 4 SB and 4 SH
2:00 = 6 SB and 6 SH
etc…until you cannot complete the prescribed amount
