PRISM CrossFit Workout of the Day

ATTENTION PRISManiacs: It’s your time to shine! We are going to host a charity competition called “HaleyCurls Bigs and Littles Classic” on Saturday 25th October. Proceeds will go to the Haley Curls for Hope Foundation and we are looking to have a great time! All of the final details are still being settled, the basics are.

-There will be four WOD/Events

-Teams will be comprised of 1 adult (15yo+) and 1 kid (-14yo)

-Will cap at 25 teams and all regional boxes are going to be invited.

This will be a great time to get behind a great cause and also get together with the entire Austin area community! More details to come. We’ll start registration soon so pick your favorite youngster and sign up! Happy training!

Death by 10m and a burpee

0:00 – 10m, 1 burpee

1:00 – 20m, 2 burpees

2:00 – 30m, 3 burpees etc…

***rotate between wall sit and high plank if you’re out until the last person finishes***
