Skill:

Handstand pushups

WoD:

EMOTM for 20 minutes

Even minutes (including 0:00): 3 C&J @ 75% of 1RM

Odd minutes: 3 Strict press from rack @ 75% of 1RM (you’ll need to set up two barbells)

*If you fail any set, drop weight by 10% and continue.*
