Single-armed Kettlebell swings/transitions


10 minute AMRAP – Escalating ladder (2 reps, 4 reps, 6 reps, etc…)

Kettlebell swings – Russian (53#/35#)
Russian twists – 20# medball/14# medball

100 sledgehammer strikes for time (50 left/50 right, alternate as you desire)
