WoD: “Death by Backsquat”

**If 1RM Backsquat is at least 110% of your bodyweight, start at 50% of 1RM. Each minute, do 1 rep, then add five pounds to each side.

**If 1RM Backsquat is UNDER 110% of your bodyweight stay at 50% of bodyweight. Each minute, increase reps by 1. So 0:00 – 1 rep. 1:00 – 2 reps. 2:00 – 3 reps, etc…
