PRISM CrossFit Workout of the Day


Strict Press

5-5-5-5-5-5+ (three warm-up sets, three working sets, final set max reps at previous weight)

-rest 10 minutes, (stay warm via jumprope, rower or Airdyne)


EMOM 15 minutes

3 push press, then bring to ground for 2 touch-and-go power cleans, then 1 split jerk, @ 70% of push press 1RM (if not known, take strict press 1RM and add 30%) – you start and finish from the squat rack.


If after 15 minutes you HAVE NOT missed a round, add one extra clean and keep going until failure.
