Skill: Med ball overhead toss (aim to hit 15 in a row) – choose a weight which is challenging but not impossible

WoD: 15 minute AMRAP
10 box jumps (24″/20″)
10 KB Snatches (five per hand, doesn’t have to be alternating) (35#/26#)
10 sec plate pinch hold (2×15# bumper plates per hand/2×10# bumper plates per hand) – there IS a difference in thickness between the Pendlay and Get Rx’d plates, so if you want more of a challenge, choose the Pendlay plates.
